* Guest must be 21+ years old to book the house and the person who book the house must be one of the occupants. * Pets are 100$ flat fee per pet per stay, please notify me in advance * Maximum 7 cars allowed on the premises. * Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM and are consistent with the Township noise ordinance. It is a quiet community, most of our neighbors live here full time. The Security and Police station on the next block. NO LOUD MUSIC 24/7. NO MUSIC OUTSIDE AFTER 10PM. * Security team verifies the number of people arrived via cameras. * 24/7 Outside Security Cameras and Community Security Service monitoring all around the property. Footage is used if any reports made or issues found during or after stay. * No Party Allowed * No smoking inside the house * No illegal substances allowed on the premises. * No fireworks * No Firearms or any kind of weapons allowed in the house or premises. * Do not put Garbage and recycling outside of the house, it will attract wild animals. keep the garbage inside the garbage bins located in the house. If the garbage bins are overflowing then throw the garbage into the bin under the bear box. * No unregistered guests allowed. * Please do your dishes. * Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. * If book the house you agree on all rules and rules defined by community, you will be liable * No ATV * You need to submit everyone’s name, age, contact number and email * Need to provide car numbers and details. Max car limit is 7 * Cleaning fee includes basic cleaning , extra heavy dirt left behind will be extra fee (dishes, food , dirty walls , furniture etc.) * If unreported pets will be detected after the stay 600$ charge will apply. * The house fits a max of 18 guests . If more guests than 18 people are detected a fine of 300$ /day per extra guest will apply . * Put everything on its place after you use it ( pool table , table tennis, badminton, darts, furniture , cards etc) * When you check out , please close all the windows and doors. Turn off all the light and water, AC, Heat etc. Check that range and grill are turned off * Please treat this home as your own :) * Main house rule is to leave a house in the condition you received it in . Especially cleanliness wise . Basic clean is included . * You may use all utensils , but wash after use or bring disposable plastic plates/cups. * Do not drain a hot tub after the use or 300$ charge apply * Put the hot tub on 85 degrees when you leave . * Fireplace- Please make sure to never leave a fire unattended. Fireplace operate on propane only. Do not throw any logs, matches or anything else into the fireplace. * Bunk Bed: Use of the bunk bed involves risks of injury or death, especially from falls. Children under 6 should not use the upper bunk and must always be supervised. Only one person should use the upper bunk at a time. Follow weight limits and ensure the mattress fits properly. By using the bunk bed, renters assume all risks and release the manufacturer, seller, property owners, listing parties, hosts from any liability for injury or damage. We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Person completing the booking acknowledges that the Rental Party will hold harmless the Homeowners against any claims of personal injury, regardless of the nature of the accident or injury, to persons of the Rental Party or family and visitors of the Rental Party as a result of use of the Property or in or about the Property. By accepting reservation all guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules while at the property. By booking this house, all guests agreed to all notes, rules and community regulations. By booking this house renter agrees to pay for any damage, all additional fees and fines applied for breaking house and rental rules. Please follow community rules.

Guests have private access to the entire home, the outdoor area. Big circular gravel driveway that can accommodate 6 cars.
